Grand Hyatt Tokyo

I traveled with my wife and 5yr old and arrived into tokyo early evening. We got registered quickly by hotel staff and got into our room with everything ready. The third bed was already set up with a welcome bag for our child waiting. Traveling with young children, that was appreciated. The front desk staff and concierge were all awesome and helpful throughout our week stay. Gave us great tips and useful info about places we wanted to go. Waits and lines, if any, were never too long. The French Kitchen breakfast buffet was great and its staff were also wonderful. It was unfortunate that Shunbou was closed for renovations (?) and the pool for maintenance during the first few days of our stay. The location is a great balance of quiet, convenience, and access to attractions.

Great stay for families!

The pool wasn't great for families and the restaurants were a little expensive. The location, staff and room were all outstanding.

Traveling with three kids is no small deeds. This hotel makes things a bit easier. Although the room is bit small for us, it offers enough space for three beds ( a roll away). Conveniently located, we were able to find food 3am in the morning as kids struggling with jetlag. Its swimming pool opens at 5am which also helps. The staff were very polit but not too experienced so we had to explore a bit on our own.
