We had a great stay. We chose this hotel because it had a rooftop onsen and also had triple rooms and on both counts it was excellent. Rooftop baths were great although only the men's had a cold plunge pool. Rooms of course were a little cramped but we had enough room for our family of 3 with a separate sofa futon for my 3 yo son. The airconditioner did that gurgling noise referred to in other reviews but this was easily ignored. We had a (slightly obscured) view of Tokyo tower which was lovely. Lots of convenience stores nearby, restaurants and shops of all kinds, a don quixote for souvenirs and bars (which we did not go to). Green space / parks were close by but not that close. The coin laundry was under renovation when we were there so hopefully is in operation now. That's it!

Great stay with my husband and three year old daughter! We all loved the hotel's cleanliness, healthy breakfast, and the outdoor bath. Location was also perfect, as the Tokyo Metro Hibiya line was literally a 5 minute walk, even with a toddler. Room service was mostly excellent, although we did have to ask at times for amenities, and this is likely due to staffing. While the staff spoke English, it was often helpful for me to speak in Japanese for better communication. We will stay again when in Roppongi!

Pleasant stay in Tokyo with the family. Location near Roppongi station. Lots of eating places close by as well as shopping. Excellent staff. Onsen on rooftop a bonus! Would stay again.

Candeo Roppongi is a lovely new hotel in a great location close to metro, shopping, restaurants and the fantastic Mori art gallery. As I have tattoos I was unable to enjoy the spa on site, but my husband and children went and loved it. Beautiful view from the top. Although the room was clean and brand new, it was tiny. No closet, drawers to put anything away so it became very crowded and messy very quickly. Bathroom was only big enough for 1 person at a time, but the shower had amazing pressure and the toilets are the absolute best. I would recommend spending more money for a larger room if you are able, 4 of us slept in a King bed all 9 nights! All in all, great place, beautifully cared for. Breakfast was excellent as long as you are able to eat Wheat/Gluten. I sadly cannot. I’d stay there again. In a way bigger room!
