Very disappointing. Poor location and highly overpriced. This room was advertised as 250 euros and I redeemed half of it believing to stay upscale. Absolutely basic bussines hotel without any extras. In addition a most inconvenient location with nothing in walking distance make this sound like a rip off. I have stayed in many locations around odaiba and value for money is terrible here. I am also disappointed with hotels.com every time I have used my redeem points I am booked into a smoking room. This time I could not change. What I hoped to be a special night with family ended up as an inconvenient stay I regret.

Really good, excellent service at concierge. Environment is quite and nice, near the nice view bridge / path. 24 hours family mart is not next to this hotel, however, walking there from hotel is just about 5-10 mins. if u prefer some restaurant /fast food choices near by, you can walk to TFT building which also nearby within 5-10 mins walking time. Location is not perfect, but quite near the station (東京ビッグサイト） If you have an event nearby, this is a good choice for a good stay.
