I felt upset about the staff who is not considerate. I booked a twin bed room and I and my husband supposed to stay with my two kids (6&9). She said the kids are considered as adults and I have to book another room for them. However, at that moment, there was only single rooms left. So I have to book 2 single rooms to them. I think this was absolutely ridiculous. How can I ask my kid to stay alone? I think this hotel is not welcoming the family to stay at.
