Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza

This was my least favorite hotel during my family's trip to Japan which included 5 different hotels in total. I'm basing this on just the hotel and not price and it was the most expensive. First the good: * It is close to the Hibiya line station* (More on this later) * The room was clean and well maintained. * There was a separate toilet room and a room with a shower. * It was quiet if that's what you're looking for. The bad: * The rooms are small for a property of this type. * The wet room/shower is included in the room with the sink and mirror (Other hotels had 3 separate spaces). * The included WiFi is horrible. * While they claim to have an English speaking staff, that is only partly true. Aside from a few phrases, they won't be able to help with much. * While it's close to a station with only Hibiya line, the one you will mostly use if a much farther walk. We also dealt with a front desk staff that was in training and we seemed to constantly interact with her. It was a very frustrating experience. I would definitely not stay here again.

This was a wonderful hotel for my family! The location was perfect and the rooms had four beds which meant everyone could sleep comfortable and there were many amenities such pajamas, toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, facial kit and bath salts. The included breakfast was delicious and all the staff at the front desk and other areas of the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. If I visit Tokyo again in the future I would definitely stay in the Grand Hotel Bach . Thank you

I like the location. The room space is good for a family of three people. It will be great if the hotel can provide more options for breakfast.

The hotel was very good and staff very helpful. The only thing is that when I made the reservation it was with breakfast included. At the property they told me that it was included only for the adults and not for the kids. After explaining the situation they understood and agreed to also include it for the kids.
