Great location. Nice staff & service. But twin room’s beds are too tiny. If you have a child who is not a infant, you need an extra bed.

We are glad that the hotel was able to accommodate our needs for baby, however, the hotel was a bit dated, e.g. the refrigerator in the room was noisy and the carpet was not very clean. There was no coffee machine in the room either.

The staff there are not helpful at all, no bell assistance in the front door, need to carry luggage myself when get off or get in taxi in the driveway. Some parts of the room are dusty. No kids amnesties in the room even it's being put on request when making reservation. Quite disappointed this time, doesn't worth to pay that much for Hilton Osaka.
