Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda

My kids and I stayed in one room. The space was big enough to accommodate us and our things tightly, but it was adequate. Property was nice. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful hotel. We had a very clean and spacious room with an excellent view of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

There are lots of facilities in the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Osaka Integate. Great breakfast choices with unique dishes. The bed was very comfortable. Design of room shows attention to details eg dim lighting, phone charging cables and pyjamas. It's very convenient to sel check out and store suitcases whilst we explored the local shops. The staff was very helpful and polite. We like the location of Intergate Hotel because it is near Osaka train station and local shopping malls. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family

It’s cosy, clean and feels new. Staff are attentive, efficient and cheerful. They helped me arrange luggage to be delivered to my next hotel (pay in cash at the front desk). Room was tidied up every day when we were out, so it was nice to come back to the room after a long day of walking. 2 firm and 2 soft pillows, comfortable bed. We appreciated the free drinks and snacks at the lounge. My family enjoyed the wine very much, nice to wind down a long day of sightseeing. Hotel is in a quiet area. We took the bus limousine from KIX to Herbis Plaza, then a 5 min walk to the hotel. Walked to Osaka station about 10 min. We enjoyed the hot spa (onsen) too, it was very relaxing and not crowded on the 3 evenings we were there. Just across the road there is a Family Mart and 7-eleven.

Lovely clean property. Staff great, easy checkin and check out. We had connecting room with the kids. Very spacious for a hotel room. Spa etc on upper floors. But they are the naked type so be aware of that. Massage chairs were great after walking all day. Breakfasts were really good. Takeaway coffee early morning. Loved having kimono style pyjamas to use in the room.

The hotel is quite near to the Osaka station, it's hardly 8 minutes walk. We had a comfortable stay, thought the room which we booked was quite confined for family of 3. The staff was helpful and polite.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We used the public spa every night and took advantage of their supper hours. It was a fantastic stay and would recommend to our friends and family.

Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. Not flexible timing for people to move around at the city centre. The hotel was said to be child friendly but it is not.

The staff service was automated and robotic. The check in machine had options for family name or reservation number - I use both kanji and alphabet for my family name and I was provided a reservation number. Only a reservation number Expedia side (which didn’t work). They insisted I continue using the machine multiple times, although I told them (and if they looked over my shoulder) see my three clients waiting for me to check in. If staff can see that I am in a hurry, don’t insist on me going through an automated process - use your hearts and brains and get customers checked in asap. This is the problem with automation as it’s never smooth. Japan is known for its omotenashi and this means the human touch. Checkout was smooth.

The hotel is clean and has a great location close to Umeda station, but it needs more advertisement on teaching the customers how to walk the underground subway the first time to reach the hotel. Hotel is spacious and comfortable for family trip. Staff are nice and helpful with good understanding of English. Only one thing needs to improve is the sensor lights in the bathroom always scared us. Better to allow customers to turn on/off by themselves.
