It's a little hard to find the entrances of the hotel, which are located on the first and second floors. But that's the only issue we had. The hotel is really close to the train station, bus station, and busy commercial area. Our room had 4 twin beds to accommodate the family of four. All in all a nice stay.

Hub of everything and everywhere. With small kid and mom, Hankyu offered the best possible convenience.

Room was too small for my family of 4. Only 2 twin beds instead of the 4 pictured by hotels.com. Hotels.com refused to refund us or help us find another option. We ended up leaving and having to pay for another hotel. Hotels.com is the worst! Terrible customer service.

This property is very large and located near trains and shopping/dining. There were lots of amenities in the lobby. The rooms were not large, but they were quiet. We had reserved adjoining rooms for us and the kids, but they were not able to give us adjoining rooms and gave us rooms next to each other instead. I was a little disappointed as they did not offer us any compensation for not honoring our reservation for adjoining rooms. The check-in/check-out process was automated so be sure not to misplace your room keys as you will need to use them to check out.

Amazing location! My family of four stayed for five nights, in a room with four beds. We went to universal studios two days, Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and then hung around our local area to shop and enjoy. The train station is a short walk. The restaurants on level 8 is amazing and not too expensive. There is an arcade for kids on level 5 (i think) and amazing shopping all around. Highly recommend!

Loved that that the hotel was so convenient and walkable to whatever we needed. The staff was very helpful and if they didn't understand us, they were very good at using google translate. Also, was surprised how quiet the rooms were. We never heard our neighbors or their kids/tv.

Overall is great, 5 mins to the subway station, yodobashi links mall is downstairs, you can find family mart, restaurants, toys, cosmetics good...etc One minor thing that need to concern is, place in the room is not big enough to fully open my luggage

My family had a great time. Excellent hotel. I did lose 1 earbud this morning when I checked out at 0400. If you find it, Can it be mailed to me in the USA please? One recommendation- monitor the laundry room. One person left clothes in washing machine nearly 3 hours. My daughter notified the hotel attendant so that the machine could be made available for others.

This was our third stay at this Hotel. The location works well for our family bec it's easy for my husband to return to our room when he gets tired of following me around while I shop. Lululemon is just around the corner together with a lot of the Boutiques which sell Made in Japan clothing at Lucua. The red line is close by too so it's easy to cross over to Namba. The limo airport bus is also just behind the Hotel which was super convenient. The Hotel has a microwave and so after a full day, you can go to the basement of Daimaru and buy discounted meals for dinner in your room.
