This is not a family hotel. The building facade is an eye wash. It’s a bagpackers place and very expensive considering the three star rating. Single small lift for all residents.

Good location: close to train/subway & family mart. Walkable to Dotonbori. Free breakfast with delicious breads from 7am- 9:30am & also free drinks and ice cream from 7am- 10pm. My family loves it. Washer and dryer onsite are another extra bonus for customers.

We stayed for 10 days at this hotel. The location was very convenient with a Family Mart just beside it and plenty of restaurants and shopping places around, as well as train stations. We also like the fact our room had a balcony and had an independent toilet and shower area both with door which is good when sharing the room with other members of your family. Additionally, there was like a small kitchenette area with a sink and some closet space. They also provided us with clean bath robes and towels every day. The breakfast was decent with a wide variety of delicious types of bread and free drinks and ice cream during the day. The only cons were the size of the beds. We slept a little tied, otherwise it was perfect.
