Fantastic hotel! We are a family of four and our apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen and dining and living room area as well as a laundry machine! Highly recommend for location also, right next to Namba station

Good hotel for a family, especially as it has washing machines in the room. There is a mall nearby and Namba train station and Dotomburi all within walking distance, so transport and food are handy. Will consider staying here again.

Amazing place and I had an amazing stay with my family. Location was just perfect and convenient. Rooms are well appointed and clean, with comfortable beds and great shower. Having washer/dryer machine in the room was a great plus too!

Close to Namba station, which has big shopping malls, department stores and tonnes of restaurants. The room is big, should be good for family. It also has a small gym and a free sauna to rent. The only defect is the cleaning is not good enough which we found hair in the bathtub. The hotel is eco-friendly. You can opt out the cleaning services if you stay for more than one night. They provide us with coupon to use in convenient stores all over Japan because of that. A thoughtful idea.

Highly recommend for family travel. Stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms. It was clean and roomy, by Japanese hotel standards with great amenities. The kitchenette is perfect for eating in and cooking your own meals. Frazier is close to great shopping and restaurants.

Our family stayed in a 2 bedroom unit on the 13th floor-it was quite spacious and had a washing machine. The hotel is located close to a subway station so you can easily travel into downtown Osaka. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again when I return to Osaka.

Five of us, 3 adults and 2 children, stayed in a 2 bedrooms suite with a city view. This suite has a washer/dryer (both functions in 1 machine). It’s a few minutes walk from a main subway/train station. McDonald’s and Burger King are close by. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The suite has a fridge, stove, dish washer, and microwave. The hotel staff speak English and they were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good with variety of food, even shrimp tempura on certain days. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we go back to Osaka again.
