The lobby staff were very couteous! The breakfast buffet has excellent choices of food that caters to different culture. My family enjoyed our stay at hotel nikko osaka.

I read in one of the reviews that the bathroom smelled like urine. It was too late for me to change hotel. When I got to our room and our kids room; what I read about was untrue. The rooms were super clean and we appreciate being on the 25th floor. Love my stay at the hotel. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay and shop across the road from Daimaru & Parco dept stores also close to Dontobori. Conveniently above main Osaka metro connecting to other railways line good for public transport. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend even for family.

Very good in term of location. Is linked to subway in shuttle. And surrounded with luxury shopping and shopping street. The only bad thing is, there is a step up whenever we need to go bathroom. A bit inconvenient with old family memberd

This property is older and not well kept. In dire need of being updated. Upon check in, the toilet seat had urine stains, mold around sink faucet, mold in tile grout. Stains on carpet. No noise insulation can hear the rooms above and surrounding you. Doors slamming, toilet flushing, showers running, people being loud in hallway. God forbid there are children in the room above you. Then you will hear the constant stomping of little feet. Dust and stains on wallpaper. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve experienced in Japan thus far. I do not recommend and will not stay here again. The only thing going for it is location. Easy access to subway literally underneath hotel and walkable to dotonbori and shopping.

Me and two kids enjoyed the stay at Hotel Nikki Osaka. The beds were clean and comfortable. Ample of towels were provided in the room. Staffs provided good service but a bit rigid (perhaps due to their culture). Also able to communicate in both English and Chinese. The location is top-notch located right above metro station, and next to 心齋橋道 and Daimaru and Parco department stores.

The location is perfect. Rooms is comfortable and big. Perfect for family! Will definitely book it again on our next Osaka Trip.

Second time I stay here on a business trip (but i travel with family). Hotel staff is pleasant and most speak english. Location is great.
