My family loved the amenities the hotel offered. We enjoyed the ice cream, drinks and ramen in the evening after exploring Osaka. The breakfast was great and the staff were so helpful. My kids even commented on how nice the breakfast staff were and they never notice or mention people helping them! The room was comfortable, however note the bathroom was tiny. It had everything needed, but barely room enough to maneuver around and reminded me of a bathroom found in a camper.

The hotel was what we expected given the location. Not ideal for 4 people (2 adults, 2 grown children) because of the floor space (no where to store/put luggage). Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom also felt a littlle tight. Did not take advantage of free ramen or free alcohol hours but did like the 24/7 free drinks. Liked the massage chairs in lobby (when they were not occupied) lol. Service was very good. Staff friendly and super helpful.

My first time staying at this hotel which was recommended by a friend. It was a good experience, the highlight was hotel offered free beer and free ramen as part of the benefits, yes we love it lol. And we also get to try on kimono and had some great pics taken. Hotel offers lots of free perks and staffs are friendly and some speaks mandarin as well. Hotel is nice and clean and is well situated at an easy access to shopping, dining and train station. Would I come back? Yes, definitely, and will recommend to my friends and family. Your happy customer :)))
