really loved the location - super close to family mart and 7/11 but short walk to train station. beds were very comfortable and the shower is incredible here. bathroom is small but good - even with renovations going on the staff were lovely and attentive and were very nice. i would absolutely stay here again.

I had a very nice stay in this hotel, I stayed for 7 nights with my 2 kids (six and three years old) and my husband. I chose a family room, the bed was large enough to accommodate 4 of us, the breakfast was good with many choices, they even offered ice cream for breakfast. There are plenty of carparking on the ground floor with a maximum charge per 12 hours. There is also a public carparking just a few steps away the hotel with a maximum charge per 24 hours, so it is so flexible for travelers with their cars even staying near a popular tourist spot. They provide free coffee on the 2nd floor, just next to a laundry room. The shampoo and conditioner were nice, I even bought 2 sets.

Had stayed 7 nights with my family and Flag is one of the best hotels I ever stayed. Excellent staffs, comfy rooms, delicious breakfast, convenient location and lively neighborhood. Will definitely stay again. どうもありがとう

The hotel is in amazing location for sightseeing, shopping, drinking, and dining. The staff deserves 10 stars. The price was excellent. The breakfast is a feast for the ages. Room was comfortable and quiet. There is a coffee machine, ice machine, and laundry in the lobby. I wouldn't recommend the "standard king / family" room. The layout is awkward.

Amazing location for restaurants and shops. Rooms were compact but sufficient for needs. Comfortable and clean. Excellent shower. Loved that it had a laundry and lounge with self service coffee machine near it. I would say dont bother with the breakfast though its not very good. Its quite basic and the hot food was worryingly cold. There are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away and theres aways a family mart or 711 close by.

We love this place, it was our second stay. We booked the family room which was a huge bed that comfortably fit 3 people. Free coffee and chilled water in the lobby a huge plus. The breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and delicious. Location is excellent - right near train station and shopping mall. The staff are brilliant, so lovely and helpful.

The staff was amazing and walked me through the process for anything I needed. The hotel was very nice and modern. The space is a little tight if you get a 3 bed room because there’s just not a lot of space to place your luggage and walk but didn’t matter too much for us this time so if that’s a factor for you and you trying to fit a family in the room, prepare for that. Very nice hotel and would definitely stay at this place again.

The room was small, but nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to several forms of public transit. The bathroom lighting was very poor. Traveling with my children made me a bit uneasy as there were clearly adult-themed clubs surrounding the property.

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Shower pressure is wonderful, they have a fridge in the room plus coffee and tea maker. Laundry facility with free detergent, espresso machine, vending machine and ice in the lobby area. There's a 7Eleven and a Family Market across the street for your basic needs and snacks. About a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro station. The room is small so if your are traveling with large family, you should get their bigger suites!!! If you are just there to sleep and shower then the size of the room should meet your needs and expectations.
