We love our stay at Dotonbori hotel. It’s very convenient and accessible. Near to the subway and train station, the foods and shopping. They have free drinks, cup noodles and ice cream. The room is clean and spacious(for us: family of 3). If we go back to Osaka again, we’ll surely stay here again.

My family and I have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed it. The close location to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi is amazing. All the additional amenities can't be beat in the area.

I'd have to say that this property was quite disappointing. There was a strange smell throughout the whole building, the bathroom was impractically small, the air-conditioning either did not work properly or was set to change to 28C after a set time, I'd have to wake up several times a night to change it back to cooling. One of the staff members spoke rudely to my children.. And the list goes on. I would never stay here again.

We stayed here a family of four. Room is small but the free ice cream, ramen and noodle more than make up for it. Very fun for the family!

Room was tiny for family. Breackfast was great!! Shower bath are crazy tiny. Wifi good and access connection to dotonbori is very good. Specifically, staff are very kind and their effort was good because they make early check in for free. This point I issued, more than others!
