Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa & Resort

It was very good place to stay with children. I recommend to stay at club room. Because of some merits including parking, indoor pool and tea-lounge.

This hotel is kids-friendly. Staffs are very nice.

The hotel staff service are perfect The room is upgraded, with stunning sea views (can’t complaint everyday woke up with this view) Location very convenient for family / someone who like to swim at the beach (just right outside the hotel) Public bath (with Onsen water) - enjoyable to soak it almost everyday, very relaxing and clean Hotel parking, total 7 days for 1,500 Yen (isn’t that bad) Only down side will be the breakfast waiting time, as occupancy become higher, we have waited 30mins at a morning to enjoy the breakfast

Beautiful hotel and resort. Views are stunning and the beach was great! All in all, a great holiday! Extras are paid for and quite expensive (including indoor pool). The hotel lacks lunch and dinner options for families. There is very little in walking distance of resort so you are reliant on staying at the resort for meals etc

Positives: 1. Hotel has good location, amazing view & property is exceptionally well maintained 2. Facilities are good and enough to enjoy vacation Negatives: 1. Our booking said breakfast included for family but only adults were covered and we had to pay for kids 2. American breakfast was served and menu didn’t change for the 3 mornings that we stayed 3. Amenity timings if outdoor pool are less. Pool closed by 17:30. All international chains have pools open 24 hrs or atleast until 12 midnight Suggestion: 1. Better if they ask later for family about choosing the room, in our case we had to walk a long way about 50metres from the lift and my kid used to hate it

One receptionist said she couldn’t provide me a bottle of water because I had just checked out already. I was holding a child in my arms and she told me to go buy by myself. How mean it was for a “kid-friendly” hotel.
