Beautiful, upscale, elegant, well run hotel in the heart of Kyoto. I stayed in a junior suite for part of my trip, and in a standard twin room for another part. The junior suite is spacious and lovely, with fresh flowers, robe, slippers, and generally luxurious feel. But the standard twin is great, too — naturally not as big a room, but very comfortable and great value. Showers have plenty of pressure and hot water, pillows are plush, and the beds are medium hardness (very comfortable). The staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. I loved staying here, and would absolutely stay here again!

Our family stayed at the facility for three days. The hotel is near all shopping centers and restaurants. Additionally there are a couple of convenience stores within 2-3 minute walk. The breakfast is more western style with limited selections. The facility is clear and qiuet.

Had a junior suite which was spacious and excellent. Great location for sightseeing and only 3mins to nearest subway station. Breakfast buffet was good, albeit the restaurant was always busy. Bar is nice.

Wow was i surprised over this hotel! Our family of three came to experience Kyoto and it was great. Breakfast was good, it was clean and fresh, staff were so helpful and the place of the hotel in sanjo were perfect when we wanted to go somewhere! Top review from us!!
