Cross Hotel Kyoto

Very great stay. It’s can be hard to find a place that can fit a larger family but this worked great. Also this hotel could not be in a better location!

We stayed as a family of 2 adults & 2 children for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience. Fantastic location and super friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cross Hotel Kyoto, location is unbeatable, I was traveling with a 5 year old and a baby and staff was amazing and very accommodating.

We were there for seven nights and found the hotel to be a delight. The hotel was modern, clean and conviently located. We were within walking distance of several of the shopping districts and key tourist destination, including the Kamo River, which is just a block away. There are several popular convience stores nearby and a plethora of restaurants to chose from. Transportation is plentiful and easily accessible whether you desire train, bus or taxi service. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. We will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. For those planning to travel light, there are no do it yourself laundry facilities on the property; however, there is a quiet NetCafe/Laundry/Manga Library just a short alley way away.

We had an excellent experience at the Cross Hotel Kyoto. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel was located very centrally but on a quiet street. The staff were extremely helpful especially the concierge who found us great places to dine and helped us with reservations. We will definitely stay again and also recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thank you!

This hotel is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and transportation. We enjoyed strolls through Pontocho and along the river. I could not think of a better location in Kyoto. We were pleased by how spacious and well-appointed our room was for a family with two adults and two children. The concierge provided top notch service helping us to make dinner reservations. The staff at checkin was extremely friendly and made sure to acknowledge us when he saw us in the lobby on subsequent days by asking how our stay was and if he could do anything to help us. We would recommend this hotel highly to anyone traveling to Kyoto.

Hotel was in a very good location, and staff was great. Elevators were a problem My family was on another floor and I needed I get to their room but couldn’t because of the type of security elevators the hotel had. No hooks in bathrooms to hang wet towels etc

Excellent hotel! We stayed in a family room with our 12 and 15 year old and having 4 beds was great!

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights in interconnecting rooms. The rooms were snug but what we came to expect in Japan. Service was excellent even when emailing them from overseas before we arrived. Easily accessible to bus and trains for sightseeing. Loved the buffet breakfast!
