Arrived at the hotel and had to go on a skirmish with the hotel staff over having to pay extra for my kids breakfast even when the booking was made with breakfast included. They claim only 3 pax were covered by the Expedia booking and I had to pay for extra 2 even when the room was booked for 5 pax. No where was this limitation mentioned in the Expedia booking. The hotel gave in after a lengthy discussion. I’m not sure who fumbled this up but this left a bad taste for otherwise a great hotel stay while in Tokyo.

Amazing stay. Great location. Wonderful Japanese buffet, free afternoon ice cream and sake tasting happy hours. I’ll stay here again if I come back. My whole family thanked me for bringing them here!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Unique room with lots of space. Sake and wine tasting for adults and juice and snacks for kids was included and added to the experience. Close to Kyoto station and Provided easy access to many attractions and great restaurants
