Good breakfast with both European and Asian choices. Location is fantastic for a visit to Kyoto and everything nearby. We used it as our hub for a week and it was great. Good to have fridge, shower, bath and clean room. Coffee machine, and hot chocolate machine in the lobby and free sake service in the evening. Only thing, but this is a preference thing, was that the beds are pretty hard. We had also booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and only got 3 beds so our 11 yr old had to sleep in the big bed. Worked out ok but was not specified.

Forza is waaay beyond my expectation. Walkable distance to all the main temples and shrine. And Nishiki market is the hilight of our trip. Hotel is right in the heart of downtown kyoto, there is subway path connected to Hotel. Hotel also often a breakfast buffet at 2000 Yen per adult, 1000 yen per child, buffet is very high quality and healthy choices. Hotel staff are very professional and efficient, helpful. We highly recommend Forza to our families and friends!

Great accommodation, very comfortable room. With all amenities you need. Nearby family mart for your daily necessities. 5mins walk from bus stops and train station. Nestled in the middle of Kyoto's shopping district.

We thoroughly enjoyed a three-night stay at this property… the room was very clean and comfortable, definitely large by local standards, the onsite guest laundry facilities were an unexpected bonus! There are many great food and drink options in the neighborhoods behind the main road the hotel fronts on to - but also convenient shops and cafés just steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families.

This was a fantastic hotel right in the middle of Kyoto with literally everything nearby. Food, family mart, shopping, more food. We got the superior room which was worth it since it came with extra space so we could just open our luggage in the bench and grab what we need. Would stay here again!

The system allows me to book a room that has two twin beds for 2 adults and 2 kids. The picture was misleading (showing a full size bed, so I thought size was just a bit different in a different country). It was hard to squeeze 4 ppl into two twin beds. Other than that, everything else was great. Good location.

Property looks like it was recently remodeled or built. Everything is new and modern. It is self check in and check out but there is staff that will assist you. Rooms are decent size for 2 persons. There is everything you need and thoughtful touches. The location is perfect. 7-11, family mart, market, Gucci, Rolex, McDonald’s , temples are all so close.

This hotel is in prime location in Kyoto that we could see the festival, right outside our hotel entrance. Hotel room was also spacious , the mattress was very comfortable and we slept with our toddler without any space issue. The hotel also has a self laundry on 3rd floor which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good and had lot of great options. If I visit Kyoto again then will definitely stay in the same hotel again.
