Excellent amenities such as the footbath, fireplace, reading area, childrens games, snacks and drinks. It was a very safe and welcoming environment.

This was perfect for traveling with kids. The room was large, there was a public and private bath. Staff were great with my toddler and there are kids areas and free snacks for them, while it's also in walking distance to other things in Gora. I would stay again.

It’s an interesting property for sure… very close to the train station which is a major plus. The place is very quiet and beds are comfortable, needed extra pillows. It’s an Onsen so the place designed around the concept, but several things are self service. Rooms are small, bathrooms are specially very small. The breakfast was ok, can get very crowded and not much space there either. A lot of young kids, so if you are looking for a quiet vacation this may not be it. Re Gora, there is not much to eat and pretty much everything closes at around 7.

Stayed in Condo A and throughly enjoyed our private onsen. Room is big, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast variety is great too, not forgetting their complimentary all day drinks, snacks and sweets available at the main areas. Easily our family favourite hotel in Japan.

A hotel highly recommended for family especially with small children. Three blocks of buildings linked up by staircases. Lots of staircases for getting around the hotel is the only issue for those not so convenient for getting up and down the stairs. Environment & all facilities provided are really good & users friendly.

Great place for families. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style with good variety. Private onsens were very nice and welcome after a day of sightseeing. It’s a relatively short and flat walk to Gora station.

Very helpful and friendly staff, surprise offered by Santa Claus to our child. Also, free flow of drinks and very nice common area.

The location was great! Just a last than 5 mins walk to Gora Station where you can easily access the Hakone Ropeway and the Hakone Open Air Museum (ard 15 mins walk). The room was very clean and the view was really pretty ( we stayed on the 5th floor). Private bath is available for 30 mins use each time (bring your own toiletries such as cotton set for makeup removal as it is less equipped as compared to the public bath). The bed was really comfortable (not too hard and not too soft and the room sizable. I love the hot cocoa and ice candy (ice cream). Super yummy! The footbath was amazing late night (with no one around), the whole scenery looked very romantic and ot was so relaxong chilling by the fireplace at 11 degrees at night. I saw a lot of area for kids play so it is pretty kids friendly too. There is even a little crib in the public bath area for woman for someone bringing her kid in. The main common area has a very pretty view and there are plenty of spaces for you to sit and relax or read. The staff were really friendly and service was top notch. I called the counter with an enquiry and shortly after (less than 30 seconds) the staff called back as she realised she gave me the wrong info (i was speaking in English so there may habe been a bit of confusion due to the language) so that's pretty good. Really enjoyed myself here. I would bring my kids here next time!
