It is a beautiful hotel and the staff make you feel like you are part of a family. I only think it is a bit over priced

Great location. We were not expecting such a small room with a price point over $700 per night. It was also very difficult to get to our room with the baby. Had to used two different elevators and and long stairs and with the baby stroller quite an exercise. Room change was not granted. The gym is a joke.
