We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 and 11). The location was fantastic. Close to everything. It was my son's 8th birthday and the hotel made arrangements for us to have a cake waiting. The hotel also arranged our pick up from the airport, which was worth every dollar. Breakfast was good and the setting was charming. Afternoon they had cookies out. Our first night we were sitting in the courtyard and without asking they brought us snacks. Everything was spectacular

The staff is first class in every way. We love them all so much we felt like we were leaving family when we checked out. Nicola, Mirco, Dillon, Jacques-Imo and I only wish I remembered the ladies names at breakfast and the gentlemen that assisted with luggage all the way to our water taxi and our laundry…all of you made our visit special! Thank you for greeting us with champagne! The location is great but stay here if you like being treated with care…like family.
