All was perfect.. very clean and quiet.. I would like have more options for breakfast like a scrumble eggs.. and not much place to take a breakfast if u are a family from 3 of 4.. you have to wait:.

I have had good experiences with hotels from Hotels.com for years. This is the first poor review from me. This hotel was a big disapointment. Besides the antiquated room with hard wired equipment, so you can't plug in your own devices, old furniture, and flimsy towels, the worst part of our experience was the lying of the front staff. Although the room had its own thermostat and the lobby was cool (it was a hot July), our room was at 85 F. We talked to several people at the front desk, who gave a lot of excuses and said all the rooms were at the same temperature. On the day we left, the room next to ours was open - with full air conditioning. We spent 4 hot and humid nights for no reason. A front desk clerk recommended a restaurant to us that he said he takes his family to and had authentic Italian food. It was really a place for tourists, with the menu in English and exta charges on the bill. In response to others' comments, there is free wifi in the rooms, the breafast buffet is varied and similar to other B&B's in Italy, and the hotel is centrally located. However, there are many hotels in the area. No one needs to stay here.
