Our family had an amazing stay at Hotel Croux. Every staff member was so kind and helpful, helping us navigate food, recreation and transportation. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable, sauna was amazing, but the people were the highlight. All of the spaces were neat and tidy.

Our expectations were set for a three star experience. The staff, the warmth of this well run family establishment surpassed our expectations. No dining other than a nice breakfast in the morning. But excellent place to head off to ski for the day and walk to city restaurants in the evening. They also had a Tesla charger we benefitted from.

The staff at the hotel was amazingly helpful with: shuttle, tips, check-in, breakfast, sauna, etc. It was like being part of their family.

Hotel Croux is a nice family owned hotel in a great location. Service is great and the rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good and you have everything you need in the hotel for a nice stay. We were there for skiing and the hotel offers skiing room as well as shuttle service to the lift. If you want to go to the neighbor system La Thuile, the bus station is only 50 meters away, and the pedestrian area is very close by. If you want an affordable nice hotel in a very nice location I highly recommend Hotel Croux.
