We were warmly welcomed by Romina who helped guide our three days in Florence. Alessia and Federico also went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of, knew where to go got tips for good bookings, etc. It was a delight. Breakfast was delicious every day with slight variations in the home cooked goods and the coffee was to die for. Thank you so much for a lovely lovely trip. Being treated like family was lovely.

There are certain things that I can be picky about when staying at hotels, shower water pressure and pillows. It seems silly but for me it makes a stay much more enjoyable. Hotel Botticelli exceeded my expectations. The room was very comfortable, and after having nights of restless sleep all week during my travels, I slept like a baby the night of my stay. It was in close walking distance of the shopping and major sights, and getting around was very easy. The staff we encountered were all wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!
