The hotel is truly excellent. It is in a great location. I love the combination that it is old and within keeping of the environment of the ancient city of Luca but inside it is modern and minimalist.
BUT, my big complaint is that we didn’t get the room we booked and paid for. We booked a junior suite which clearly states in the written description and photographs that it has two rooms with two TVs. We were in a room that only had one room and one TV. When I complained they gave us a discount and offered to move us the next day. My advice is to confirm that you get what you paid for and booked.
