We loved our stay in Lucca at Hotel Ilaria! We stayed in a family suite across the street and it was very comfortable. Two bathrooms was nice to have. We did have a family with young children on one side of us and you could hear everything - we were glad when they checked out. We took advantage of the bicycles and rode around the wall and the breakfast each morning was nice. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The property is so unique and we loved our loft room that had plenty of space for our family of 5. Highly recommend taking the bikes they have available to ride around the city. One of our trip highlights!

We stayed here with our 5 year old on vacation and we would absolutely return. The room was nothing special, but it was clean enough, quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful and having breakfast there every morning was very convenient. The location was perfect for exploring Lucca and had easy access to the wall for my morning runs and family bike rides. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting family. I can’t complain about one thing. The breakfast was outstanding quality served by friendly staff.
