Hotel Villa Paradiso

This hotel has been owned by the same family for years. Everyone who works here is friendly, efficient and welcoming, from those working at the desk, to the breakfast staff and those who clean the rooms. Many rooms have a wonderful view of Etna. Breakfasts are excellent, and there is a very good minibus service to the beach. We cannot wait to go back.

The staff were very welcoming and helped park our car safely. Breakfast was excellent. Room was okay with small balcony. Best to be away from a lift and ask not to be near any dogs, who might be staying at the hotel. Being near park and walkable to all areas of Taormina the location worked well for our family group. We would stay at this property again.

This is a family owned business for over 100 years. It is obvious that the team who runs and makes decisions do that because its their own. Therefore, customer satisfaction is through the roof! From personal hands on working with taxi services, finding missing luggage, flexibility with little children and carriages, to room cleanliness and good accommodations throughout - this became a wonderful experience. This hotel is run with the integrity of a much larger enterprise but with the character of a boutique establishment. And, the views from balcony's can't be beat!

I have stayed here 3 times, I love this hotel! Staff is genuinely warm and loving. The rooms definitely have a woman’s touch, soft with a clean lines. I try different rooms and the one with the tub that faces the ocean is by far my favorite. There is another one with your own private terrace that is just as beautiful. The breakfast is good. Now my kids have made it to breakfast more than me (I now have the privilege of late mornings), and they love the staff especially one young lady (forget her name) because they make them feel special and respect the independence my kids are trying to acquire. I think that’s what I’m trying to say here, they feel like family. The family you like. You won’t be disappointed at all when you stay here. La Dolce Vita!
