Hotel Isabella

This is my second and last time staying at the hotel Isabella . The staff has no smiles they are not welcoming. You have to acknowledging them with Bongiorno. They are not helpful They told me I had to ot and extra $50.00 per night for my second guest. They made me sign stating I pay the $50 per night when I signed it I wrote I like to speak to the manager never contacted us or followed up with us. They gave us one towel no hot water very poor air conditioning, no iron Fuse kept blowing when using the hair dryer. The only thing I can say was nice was location besides that I would book and other hotel.where they will treat you like family. Been to Italy last six years in a row except Covid 2020 The hotel is outdated and dirty they only give you one roll of toilet paper . Think I spent almost $1000 for four nights and it was horrible.
