Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel

The hotel is lovely and the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the family suite which was spacious and well appointed but had no windows or outdoor space so you felt like you were in a cave. The breakfast was delicious but came 30 minutes late and we had were rushing out the door. We did not feel safe in Palermo, our room had a crazy security system which also contributed to our unease. The city is very run down with many stray animals and homeless. We ended up leaving a day early.

Giant family room and fantastic staff!

This is a fantastic hotel in every way: beautifully furnished and spacious (especially for a family of four), excellently located, and staffed by gracious, knowledgeable hosts. Marta was exceptionally helpful; her recommendations made our trip! And the breakfast was outstanding (the pistachio-filled croissants are not to be missed). Everything was of superior quality; we are very grateful and recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

Wow! EaRly communication from the hotel suggested to avoid driving into Palermo- great advice-wish we had taken it-in fact that was the only difficulty involved in our stay at Palazzo Natoli. We stayed in the amazing family suite with a ton of room for the kids, suitcases, breakfast cart and and dining table, plus a luxurious candle-surrounded bath and a spacious separate bathroom. Wonderful ambience overall. The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient. Car parking service was timely, affordable, and no damage on our monster Ford van in those narrow Sicilian roads. Breakfast order - requested by email in advance- promptly filled and delivered and really tasty. If we ever come back to Palermo, 10/10 returning here!

This hotel made it difficult to see Palermo because we never wanted to leave the room! We stayed in the family suite to cap off a 3 week trip to London, Rome, Palermo and the bathtub was an amazing treat for our sore bones. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I want to move in! Decorated perfectly, no detail missed, next level clean. The breakfast was delivered right to our room each morning and was truly top notch. The staff… where do I begin? The team is truly incredible. I messaged them on WhatsApp asking for more candles, (meaning when they serviced the room later) and 4 minutes later they were delivered. The staff went above and beyond ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our stay perfection. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else when we return. 10 stars! Thank you so much for making our stay in Palermo that much more magical! You are the BEST!
