The hotel was not family friendly they don’t even have a ramp for the stroller The staff in the restaurant and bar was very rud The only one guy was very friendly at the front

The staff was unbelievably amazing. From recommending fabulous places to walk around, goofing around with my 2 year old niece and keeping my family’s belongings safe when we forgot items in the safe, this hotel was top notch. The next time I’m in Milan I will without a doubt stay here.

Nice hotel, clean, 12min walk to Duomo and city center. Constructions around the Hotel’s entrance. Parking was a 5 min walk. Breakfast was a good price with good variety (approximately 15 euro for adults and 7.5 for kids.

Everything about the hotel was great! Location Service Food Cleanness I would definitely recommend it my friends and family and everyone else! The picture I attached is the view from my room 12th floor!

My toddler daughter got into an accident while we were in Como and we were urgently taken into ER in Bergamo. I contacted the property via Expedia several times hoping that they would accommodate us given our stressful (and this word does not even describe what we went through) circumstance. Received not a single email, phone call or a mere acknowledgment of our situation from the hotel just a charge for the stay that never happened as we were sleeping in the hospital. Cold, heartless people.

We travelled as a family of 4 coming from the US! We always look for rooms that have two areas of space so our kids can sleep whether it’s a suite or divided area! We opted for the Suite and it worked perfectly. We had a great view of the Milan Cathedral from our room and wrap around balcony! Pros: Size of the room Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly Walkable to browse the city Cons: Construction around the area Not sure if dining options near or in the hotel. Nothing stood out We loved the hotel. Knew it was a 10-12 minute walk to DUOMO area but that was ok, even with the kids! We would definitely stay here again if in Milan mainly because of the room size

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was a nice walk from to the Duomo but the neighborhood was not one I would stay in again. The room was very dated with broken lamp and the shower and jacuzzi were not fully functional. The second bedroom was a large room with a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable- would have rathered a separate room altogether to get a bed you could actually sleep in. Our whole family ended up in our bed and on our couch! The rooms were large.

Excellent stay for a family of 4. We stayed in an exec suite that had 2 rooms, one with fold out sofa for our teens, the other with a king bed. 2 full bathrooms, one has standing shower the other has jetted tub with shower hose (no standing shower). The sofa bed was comfy, with queen size mattress - kids slept great. King bed was comfy too. The room had a balcony directly facing Duomo - beautiful view, photos from balcony attached. Overall rooms were great - clean, well styled, stocked fridge wirh drinks, snacks. Front desk, bartenders, cleaners, and bell hops all friendly, professional and helpful. We will stay here again! Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes in walking distance. Duomo plaza ~15 min easy walk. We felt safe all around hotel, no issues or worries. Friendly neighborhood. Great experience. I will stay here again and certainly recommend.

I booked a junior suite room. Great room, great bathroom, but didn't have a terrace. The hotel didn't have a rooftop, or a nice rooftop terrace restaurant available for us guest of the junior suite. The restaurant was located in the first floor near the lobby. When I asked for a rooftop or terrace to enjoy the view, the staff told me the rooftop/terrace was ONLY for the presidential suite guests. They should have the roof terrace available for ALL guests. I wouldn't book again at this hotel.

My family and I booked 2 junior suites. They were both excellent rooms. Clean and very modern. We loved them.
