Great stay, room for family of 3 perfectly sized. 9th floor great view, noise from rooftop bar might bother some but we were ok with it. Lobby reduced size versus prior stays made for crowded chaos at checkin. Breakfast good. Nice place, cosmopolitan as would be expected in Milan. Excellent location

Book 2 rooms for my family and 2 friends. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that 2 kids ages 2yo and 6yo were not allowed to stay with us in our room even if we paid extra. We were told to book a separate room for the kids because it was the law. However, as long as we pay for the extra room it didn’t matter where the kids stayed. We were very disappointed, but the hotel staff Mark never seemed to care. We were forced to book an extra room because we didn’t have a choice and staff were not willing to work with us. On top of that the AC on both rooms didn’t work, called front desk to get it fix and was told to they were too busy at that moment and could not help us. The rooms can get too loud at night because of the bar in 10th floor stayed in 8th floor. I hoped our experience is just something out of the ordinary because never had this experience at other hotels.

Room is perfect size for a family of 4 (not kids anymore). Elegant. You can see the hotel from Duomo Square. Super nice area. Breakfast is beyond expectations. Great service.

Me and my loved everything to the hotel except the dining experience in the rooftop. We enjoyed lunch beautifully but the dining menu was terrible. In every dish was cheese and ai wasn’t even able to order a salad for starter. I highly recommend that the chef change the menu for dinner as was heavy , not healthy to the point I got sick . After I insisted, The waitress tried to make only a green mixed salad which was not in the menu . My kids enjoyed also the lunch but not the dinner as there was nothing what they would eat for dinner. We are in heart of Italy and there was no pasta , no pizza no salads. The hotel and the staff is amazing but the menu of dining is terrible

Overall this hotel is in a great location walking distance to Duomo and all the shopping. I would say it’s a 3 star and not a 4 star hotel. I had to call 3 times and finally went down to reception to request for the 4th time to have my room cleaned. I notified them at 9am when I left the room originally and I finally got some clean towels at 6pm. This seemed to be a common trend seeing others complaining at the front desk. There’s a rooftop bar on the 10th floor which has a live DJ so be warned it’s noisy. We were in room 911 with two kids and everyday the music was thumping over our heads until 1am. Walls are thin so overall you hear noise everywhere. They said they were fully booked and couldn’t move us out of our current unit. The furniture in the rooms is run down, our patio door didn’t lock so definitely they needs some upgrades. Overall we are used to staying in actual 4 star hotels so we wouldn’t stay here again. For a 3 star property in a central location it would be fine. Also be warned they won’t turn down their AC below 23.5 so it’s hot in the rooms and they will tell you it’s Italian law which isn’t true. The last restriction had already expired months ago but to save costs they will use this excuse. This was our 6th stop in Italy and we stayed in all 4 star hotels. This hotel was the only hotel which wouldn’t let you turn on the AC to an actually comfortable level. Instead they offered to bring us a fan to our room which we so desperately needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel dei Cavilieri. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious for a family of 4. The rooftop patio was excellent. We would highly recommend a stay here. We enjoyed the location and how it was in walking distance to most attractions.

We had a family suite on the 9th floor and a king size room on the 9th floor. Well don't take a room on the 9th floor. The roof has a club at night and the family suite felt like you were on the roof with the DJ! Both nights we were there no one could go to sleep until the club closed at 1:30am. The front desk response was yea we know its noisy but there was nothing they could do. I say stay at another hotel - Milan has many choices.

Service and Room were amazing. Great Location. Unfortunately our room was located on the 9th floor below the roof top bar / restaurant on the 10th floor. Music, noise of tables and chairs on the floor were loud until 2AM. Made it impossible for the entire family including my 2 year old from falling asleep until that time.
