Maison Milano - UNA Esperienze

Hotel is centrally located within 3 minute walk to Duomo and the Galleria. We got upgraded from a Jr. Suite that we booked to a regular suite and I shocked how huge that suite was. Large bathroom with a soaking tub, king size bed in one room (very comfortable mattress) and a queen size pool out sofa in the second room. That room had a table, chairs and a huge floor to celling mirror. My daughter and I loved our stay at Maison Milano. I would highy recommned it to friends and family.

My family had a bad experience in staying in this hotel.

Stayed overnight only, decent room (ordered junior suit as traveled with teenage daughter), great amenities, nice touch with a Wellcome drink, excellent location, very central but quiet. The only thing wasn’t perfect we are Expedia gold VIP member and didn’t provide a bottle of wine, but we also didn’t request it.

The only good thing about this hotel is Location! Other than that the property has nothing to offer. One of the staffs Carlos was very kind and helpful. We had junior suite for 4 nights. The carpet was so dirty and old with so many dirty spots. They should be shame to charge over 450 euro a night. I would not recommend to anyone.

We stayed at UNA Maison Milano just for 2 nights to spend time with friends in the area. We loved this boutique hotel. It is right at the edge of Piazza Duomo and within an easy walk of many other attractions in the historic center. Our room on the third floor was well appointed and quiet, even facing the street. The staff was uniformly helpful, friendly, and efficient. The bed was comfortable with two choices of pillows. A nice desk and small other table with two chairs made it easy for both of us to have laptop space. In room safe was nice size that fit a medium laptop and much more. Had we known they'd have a good hairdryer and all the toiletries we needed, we'd have packed less. Nice fluffy terry robes and slippers when relaxing. A good soaking tub plus shower in a nice bathroom layout. lots of hanging and drawer space too. All in all a super nice place we will recommend to friends and family coming to visit us in Milan.
