Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Large bathroom with all the amenities. Awesome location. A refreshing walk to the Duomo. You have the option to take the Tram - I didn't - the walk was just perfect. Lots of place to eat breakfast and lunch. Would definitely bring my family and stay here again.
