Hotel Domidea

this hotel was a "business" hotel. we had been traveling across europe & needed to have our credit card shipped to this hotel from paris. we were booked into this hotel, not checking in yet, but when the package arrived, they refused it! this was a nightmare. the english was not good & only one person spoke french in the entire staff. the hotel had been open for 1 year, they had a beautiful lounge/bar area, but it was roped off the entire time. we had to walk down to the corner at the convenience store to get a cocktail, water, etc. they did however have a shuttle to take/pick you up at the train station into rome, but it only ran certain hours. there is not a restaurant at this hotel, but the shuttle will take you to an authentic Italian restaurant which is a local family style restaurant. they also did not have an iron in the entire hotel! breakfast was white glove with little assortment!

Hotel was nice. King bed was true not to twins together. Staff was helpful and nice and most spoke enough English. Free parking was nice and free wifi is nice even though you need a code from the front desk. It is far from everything we came to see and the beds were not the most comfortable but all in all it was a pleasant experience. Note: I said I would recommend it to others only because I had to choose yes or no it is not that simple it really depends on your travel plans. I went with my wife and baby and was not interested in being near the nightlife and I wanted free parking and internet. So this worked well for me...
