-Good service and good quality -Location really convenient for visit tourist places (no crowded) Subway less than 5 minutes walkin -Delicious food in the restaurant -Good for families

Nice hotel, close to the metro station. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and great with kids. Great breakfast with the biggest Nutella we have ever seen, our daughter was excited! Colouring for kids, which was greately appreciated. Room had a lot of space and was in a good condition.

Definitely for the price we paid I would pay a little better just to get better service. The bathroom floors kept getting flooded from an unknown area in the bathroom overnight. If it was the last resort my family and I would stay again, but don't think we will the next time around.

With new Covid rules our stay at Globus was always going to be different from our previous visits but must say almost everything went well, sanitiser at the entrance, face mask wearing required in public areas went well except on our last day while at breakfast a family of 4 arrived for breakfast and the youngest a boy aged about 8 clearly seemed beyond the control of his parents and failed to sanitise his hands at the entrance of the restaurant and then decided to wander around the breakfast area with a face covering using drink dispensers everybody else had followed the rules and allowed the staff get these to reduce the risk of cross contamination but it later became quite clear of why the child had little care following Covid advice when the father also thought it was fine for himself to wander around without a face mask and like his child helping himself which the staff had done for the rest of us, it’s a shame families like this have little regard to their duty and the hospitality industry has been through enough without all the progress being thrown away by selfish people, pic of the offender attached, other than this the Hotel provided an excellent service in difficult circumstances and hope that business gets back to the level it should be for this good hotel

First, Globus needs to double check how they are promoting their rooms on hotel.com. What I reserved is not what I got. I did reserve a room with a King bed, corner room, etc. This was not what I got so I went back to the check-in desk and told them that I did not get the right room according to what i reserved. They told me that they gave me an upgrade. I showed them what i reserved and i was told that this was their junior suite and that is not what i booked. On the website the Junior Suite comes up as the Deluxe Room 1 king Bed. Which is what i reserved. I did not even get the suite with the King Bed that has a balcony. it was a room with a King bed that was hard as a rock! According to them ... my mistake, i need to ensure I reserved the Junior Suite. I also did not like waking up to a cockroach! The cappuccino were really great! The breakfast was really good if you like eating the same thing daily. I would not stay there again, ever.
