Greart place for a base to explore Rome. Clean, helpful. Nice staff. Breakfast has a good selection. Guests include family and school groups, backpackers. Very safe area. Five minutes down the street is a bus stop, which is important for getting around Rome. Once you enter the bus system, you use a stored-value card to move from one bus stop to the next to get to your destination.

I like the location very accessible if you are in for the Vatican Museum and Sistine chapel. The staff are very friendly and we’re always willing to help us. I would like to make a special mention to Roberto who was always friendly and willing to help. I would recommend the property to my friends and family and would definitely come back here in the future.

Hotel Pacific Roma has an incredible breakfast that is included in the price. Their staff were very friendly, experienced and competent, and it was the morning, afternoon and evening crew. They even stored our luggage for two extra days while my family went to Naples and came back to stay another night.
