Loved our family stay there. Spacious, air conditioned rooms with wonderful bedding. Hotel grounds and the staff are impeccable. Will be back for a third stay!

A good hotel but we found that they were very mean in that there were no tea/coffee making facility in the room and the complementry water was restricted to one small bottle a day and we had three staying in the room, for a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable and very disappointing. That said a great room really big usually when you have an extra bed in the room you cant move in the room not here really spaceous. Good gym but a very small pool but good for kids. They also hit you when you leave with a local tax 15 euro a head with not warnimg!!

Definitely not worth the money to stay there. You are in a high-price area with amenities galore but you certainly pay for it! 8 Euro for a small can of Pringles? Are you kidding me? Bring lots of money because they will take it all. My recommendation is to find a place outside of the city center if you don't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel supposedly went through a recent renovation. We sure didn't see what they spent the money on.
