Pleasant stay. My family was very happy during the whole of the trip. The room was spacious and clean, good water pressure in the shower and very confortable beds. As a improvement point, we could not control the heaters on our room, as it seemed to be a centralised heating system for the whole of the building and at times, we find ourself sweating in our rooms. We had to counter fight it by putting the AC on, which felt terrible as to the whole being green and planet conscious business.

We were able to check in slightly early due to early arrival and staff were accomodating; upon request they also booked an airport transfer which went well. We had booked a family connecting room and got what we expected, effectively two rooms and a connecting door which allowed our teenage children and ourselves some space. The room was cleaned every day and thankfully the air conditioning worked well given the outside temperatures in the mid 30's. We had one meal at the restaurant on the first night and that was fine but there were some excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk (turn left out of the hotel and then left or right) . Breakfast tried to cater for all but if you want anything other than american coffee from an urn or tea then ask and the staff were more than willing to make up a different drink e.g. latte, cappucino etc. I noted there was a "washington cafe" literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel entrance to the left which seemed popular but I did not eat there. The location was convenient, about 15 minutes walk to the Colloseum and Trevi fountain. We also made use of the 48 hour metro pass (available at the stall near the termini metro station entrance for 12.5Euros) that provided unlimited travel on the metro system and went to the main tourist attractions. All in all a good location, plenty of good local restaurants and everything I would have expected from the hotel I got so I would visit again.

Within a 10 minute walk from Termini station. Comfortable family suite, although AC was not the greatest. We only stayed overnight as we departed for the airport at 6am. Fairly nice hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and had a family interconnected room so had lots of space for us and our adult daughters. The location is good for termini as it’s just round the corner. To get to the Trevi area it was a good 20 min walk or €10 taxi ride. Air conditioning was a godsend as it was 35 degrees whilst we were in Rome. The breakfast selection was very nice and the cleanliness throughout was good. We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday during our visit and so the only let down for us was that this was not acknowledged in any way by the hotel despite my making them aware beforehand. Even a card would have been appreciated and for a 4 star hotel this was quite a surprise. If we were to stay in Rome again we would probably stay nearer the centre as we did spend quite a bit on taxis during our visit.

The star hotel was very good for our family trip to Rome. Friendly staff and good air conditioning. We had an interconnected room which was perfect for us. A bit dated of a hotel but all in all a good base for our trip.
