Augusta Lucilla Palace

Beautiful hotel steps away from Roma Termini. Staff absolutely wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room and night sleep. Would not hesitate to come back or recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for total 8 nights ( 6 and 2) in this hotel, it was convenient to come back as we stored some luggage for free. The hotel in general is great, nice staff and willing to help if needed, clean, comfortable beds, and location is decent near lots of amenities ( stores, restaurants, and most importantly Roma Termini: the train station, like 1-2 blocks walking to travel to other cities by train) It’s very close the a major and important cathedral ( Santa Maria Maggiore) and 15-20 min walking to almost most important attractions: colosseum, Trevi fountains, Spanish steps, multiple other famous piazzas, and Vittorio Emanuele ii monument.. Safe area, friendly people in streets. Get ready to walk a lot but is so fun. AC was great in the rooms. We had the morning breakfast twice during the stay and was good with variety of options, otherwise no restaurant in the hotel or room service, but just outside the door there are many restaurants. PS: we are a family of 5 including 3 kids, we had 2 rooms ( triple beds)

Really comfortable, good value stay for a family of 4. Spacious room and excellent beds

Staff was wonderful and room was spacious for our family of 4. We were able to check in a bit after arriving from a very early flight. Room was very clean during our 3 day stay. The Hotel is a little dated but charming. There are some sights near the hotel but a bit of a walk to get to the center of Rome and see the main attractions.

Traveled to Rome with my husband, 5, snd 7 year old. Unfortunately, while we were in Tuscany our passports were stollen. The man that checked us in at Augusta Lucilla Palace was not only kind but incredibly helpful. They helped us figure out the passport situation and found us a room to switch to once our original dates were passed as we had to extend our trip a day. They even moved our bags for us to a new room. The breakfast was what you'd expect from a continental breakfast and great for the kids plus easy way to start the day. It's a bit more if a walk from things than I thought but we still managed with little kids. Highly recommemd

We stayed for 5 days as a family and had zero complaints. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping made up the room daily. Breakfast was wonderful, with more than enough quantity and options. Location was great, we walked to everything in the city, 30 min walk from most places.

Breakfast was good. Front desk and restaurant service were good as well. Rooms are too small to have a 3rd person. We paid for a double a sofa bed for a child. That’s what we got, but there is no enough space to navigate through the room.

Stayed 7 nights. Super clean. The maid came and cleaned our room while we were at breakfast. My kid says the breakfast was "bussin bussin". In teenager language i think that means he liked it.

The hotel is located in a few minutes from the train station and a bus station. Very convenient from transportation point of view. It surrounded by beautiful five star hotel. A few little restaurant were near by. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It has a family atmosphere. The breakfast is the best with a lot of food options and coffee selections. I had a very good time. Thank you, Augusta Lucilla Palace!!!!!!

The hotel is OK but could make it more clean. The location is good but not very sate if you have kids. The breakfast is great.
