The location of this hotel is the only advantage of staying here. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and I wished we would have stayed somewhere that lended itself to more of a luxury and hospitable environment for such occasions. Not only did we not receive our welcome amenities (free bottle of sparkling wine and 10 euro credit toward drinks), there was no acknowledgment of us celebrating this momentous occasion for us. Additionally, there is no pool or spa on premise, which was fine, but the dining options were limited, especially the in-room dining options where the only offered pasta, chicken and fruit after 11pm until 6am: not necessarily “middle of the night” dishes. Also, the mini bar was sparse with very limited options. We stayed in a junior suite and there was no bath tub, which was shocking considering it was advertised as a suite. The stand up shower was not large or roomy either as it was about the same size as the closet they offer, which is to say quite small for a suite. It reminded me of a traveling lodge shower or one you might find on a boat in size. Additionally, the view certainly lacked any appeal as there was construction in front of the hotel which also made it challenging for taxis to understand how to get to the hotel. This might be better suited for a business trip, and even then, the luxury element lacked in that department. I would not rate this 5 stars by any means and it certainly wasn’t worth nearly 600 euros a night.

I am incredibly grateful for the staff who made my daughter’s birthday incredible. From the front staff to the restaurant and doormen, each person made us feel welcome and went out of their way. The staff surprised both of my kids with presents and decorated the room. They even upgraded us because we had to wait for a room to be available. I want to especially recognize Alessandro for his kind heart and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond. This is Rome’s best hotel not just for families but anyone looking for service with a smile at a hotel uniquely positioned within minutes of all the attractions. You can walk to the shops, attractions and even the Rome Termini. Thanks NH! We will be back!

The hotel is beautiful, with attentive staff. Our room was gorgeous and well appointed. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the train station (just a few steps away) and attractions. We were a little concerned about the location after a friend whose family lives in Rome told us not to stay near the train station due to pickpockets, but we had no trouble and never felt unsafe. I would stay at this location again without hesitation. It was so easy to catch our trains to day trips and the airport when we returned home.

Look no further. We had the best stay here. Visiting from Canada with my teenage kids. The staff is very friendly and loving. Hotel rooms are spacious, lovely and modern. Great food and an incredible breakfast with a huge selection. I would like to thank our server at the restaurant - I forgot her name I am sorry. She was from Romania I think- her name starts with M. Thanks to the Reception staff- Fabronia, and guest relations Tehsein. Thanks for helping us with the restaurants. And bell staff - Buba Everyone was excellent. Very caring. Great location. J would just stay here and nowhere else.

If your a first timer in Rome, you should stay here. It’s next to the train station and easy to get around to the attractions. Hotel is clean and my family and I all give it a 10/10.

Very friendly staff, nice clean hotel and a great breakfast typical of Italy with a lot of cakes and coffee. Nice view from the terrace. But for a family with kids it's a rough area around the train station with people sleeping in the streets etc. Not an area with nice restaurants but the hotel is gated and felt secure.

A stopover with the family before going on to other parts of Italy. An opportunity for our children to have a whistle stop tour of the Eternal City

I had booked a family suit for me and 2 other friends, and I have assumed the room would be big enough for 3 of us but once we checked in it turned out to be extremely small and I felt claustrophobic considering there was one double bed and a sofa bed in the "living area" which took up the entire space, and with 3 high maintenance people we had a lot of luggage and things to be around so I had to go down to reception and ask for another room but unfortunately they told me they were fully booked or that there aren't any other bigger rooms available, so I went and booked myself another room (turns out they're not really fully booked), it was fine, the rooms were good enough for us, but they're definitely made for 2 people not more otherwise you'll feel like trapped. The rooms nicely decorated, some had a good view some didn't even if you book the "view" room. The room I ended up with was quite nice and it had two sinks whilst the family room only had one, the shower is good but it was designed to have water leaking outside because of the shower door not being waterproofed, the room service had very limited options and some of the choices till certain time.. a pizza in Italy but only up to 6pm And my last pet peeve is that they don't provide iron and board and you have to go into a dedicate "iron room" for some reason. Overall, I did enjoy my stay in Rome. Maybe I'm being picky but I expect a lot from a 5 star hotel that wasn't cheap. it's a soft 4/5 from me.

Not a hotel for families more for business travelers or people without kids. No food choices for kids had to leave hotel. Food in restaurant was awful and undercooked. Did not receive interconnected rooms we booked (described on their website as the family xl)

Perfect hotel right near the train station. Rooms were perfectly appointed and the beds were really quite comfortable. We had a room for 4 (two adults, two teens) so there was a king bed and a pull out bed-our kids thought the pull out bed was super comfortable! The room was a bit small when you add in all out suitcases, but we really weren't hanging in the room, so it was fine. It was VERY clean and fresh, so thats all I really cared about. The breakfast every morning was fantastic as well-nice to have that ready and waiting-coffee is to die for!
