Loved the intimate feeling of staying in a family-run hotel where staff treat you like a friend and go out of their way to ensure you have the best Roman experience possible. We had the good fortune of meeting the owner and her son, who treated us like family. Although within blocks of the Colosseum, the neighborhood feels miles away in terms of peacefulness. Can’t wait to return!

The staff were kind, attentive, and accommodating. They anticipated our needs before we asked and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We arrived early on a very hot day and they greeted us, helped us store our luggage, gave us a lovely space in which to wait, brought us water and even upgraded our room free of charge. It was a lovely stay and I would recommend it to family and friends!

The hotel is in an older building, with well appointed common areas. Kitchen staff and facility are first rate - actually some of the best meals we had in Rome. Love the view from the rooftop terrace - a delight with a glass of sangiovese and pleasant company. The staff are the real treasure in the hotel, beyond merely friendly, they almost feel like family. Especially Mike and Sylvia.

It's a lovely family run hotel in a great location.The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel employees were incredibly friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

A lovely small family hotel which could not have looked after us better. Even sending up ‘fizz’ for my husbands birthday. Good food, great location and so friendly and warm. A hidden gem.

Charming family-run hotel. Very filling buffet breakfast. Dinner family style if you want. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff.
