Villa Zaccardi

The room was nice! However AC didn’t work, TV didn’t work and there were lots of mosquitos and we got lots of bites. We also had kids running around pounding on our door late at night, but the front desk staff was able to take care of that and make sure they were with their parents. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Nicely situated, close to Vatican, easy access to remaining historic places, bus stop right at the entrance. Close to Trastevere for lovely food and walk around. We booked the apartment with breakfast which tasted good. Maybe starting breakfast early might be better as 0730 can be a bit late specially if you want to go early to vatican or colosseum. Room was modern, had safe and cupboard which were tidy and clean, amazing toilet and showers. Both us and the kids enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfortable and room service was excellent. Pointers for improvement would be to supply a microwave (to warm water for baby milk) or at the very least a kettle and some hot beverage selection. I would definitely book villa zaccardi again as I totally enjoyed the stay.
