The hotel was centrally located to all of the attractions we aimed to see and was very comfortable for our family. The breakfast assortment was definitely worth it and the staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

First arriving at the hotel we weren’t sure what to expect because it doesn’t look like much but once inside we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms. We had booked a suite and junior suite and both rooms were great esp for European standards. The rooftop is amazing .. great views and breakfast. The location is great .. just a couple of streets away from all the restaurants in Trastavere

Their restaurant served fish with bones in it. You've got to be kidding! When I complained, they offered no apologies. They had 2 functions in their restaurant in the evening and the noise carried down to my 4th floor. Made it hard to get to sleep

Overall the experience was OK. The staff upon arrival was not welcoming and our family felt like a burden.

It was lovely. Paola at the front desk was very helpful and assisted us in finding parking . The roof top bar was beautiful - the breakfast top notch and the junior suite was absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 visited in late May and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were in a two bedroom suite, and it was very comfortable. New hotel and everything in great condition. We got the breakfast included, which was a treat with the rooftop dining area. Trastevere is a great location with lots of nearby restaurants but also walking distance to the main attractions in Rome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I went in April 2023 (spring) first off they turn off the AC so you have to open the Window which allows bugs to come in and also you hear everything on the streets. Mind you we had a suite and there was the fire alarm right on top of the ceiling in our bedroom to at would flash a red light at night. We had to put a noise machine on our phone in order to sleep. Then we found two insects in the bathroom. Turns out it was bed bugs my husband and I started itching. I had to book another hotel at 4am and leave the next day first thing. Lady told us they had an infestation 2 days ago maybe they are dying. I said wait so you knew you had bed bugs and you sold me the room with a toddler. The manager never showed face to apologise. Only the front desk worker took the blame and kept apologising. I will never go back to this nor any other UNA Hotel. This is the worst experience I have had in a very long time.

This hotel is amazing. Location is absolutely ideal for Trastavere part of town, with the best food and drink legitimately around the corner. Their breakfast is incredible on the rooftop restaurant. Dinner is great there, too, for right after arriving after a long journey. Room was very clean. Spare bed/pullout was already set up for our child before we arrived. Spacious room as they go in Europe and biggest shower I’ve ever had traveling in Europe. Service was amazing at every interaction. We wish we were stayed there longer!

When you set the temperature level where you want it to be then after the couple minutes of showering the water temperature changed rapidly from hot to cold and back to cold. Then it settle back to the themperature you have setted. That could be dangerous with the childs
