Reception were fantastic - really helpful and accommodated an early check in. Pool area is very small and very well used to literally no space to sit when we arrived. Bar on rooftop was a great addition and exceptionally helpful staff serving drinks etc. Hotel is located in a built up area of Rome and wasn't very aesthetically pleasing when walking around. Taxi to airport not cheap for a family of 5 at c€80 (Ciampino)

Positives - Staff is friendly. The lady at the front desk really took her time and explained us how to get around Rome. She gave us a map and marked all good things to do and how to get to them. Negatives - Did not have internet in the room for 2 days I stayed. Only the rooms close to lobby get stable internet. The rooms are very dark and have poor lighting. My wife and I had to use phone flashlights to pack our luggage as the room lighting is so bad once the sun goes down. Finally, we did not get the room that we booked via Expedia. I will recommend this place to friends and family.
