Loved everything about this hotel! Very old world, beautiful in every way. The staff is very helpful, and you are walking distance from the heart of Sorrento. Highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

It was one of the worse stays we’ve had. Having someone open my room door and seeing me naked was a horrible experience, this must never ever happen, and it was not housekeeping , it was a man. It was horrible! Also, this hotel is very annoying, not letting bring drinks to your room was a ridiculous rule! You have got to be kidding me, never have I ever heard of that before. You had to either call room service for one or go to their bar. We asked for ice, and they gave us a bit of ice ina tiny plastic bag, we thought it was a joke. Not the friendliest staff. Pool closed at 6 in the summer, but we were told we could get out last drink at 5 by the lady at the front desk, thankfully when we went to the pool they served us a drink. But such early hours for such a beautiful pool in summertime! Not staying here again!

I stayed in a junior suite and it was absolutely beautiful! My balcony overlooked the Gulf of Naples. However, the staff stole $40 USD from my room. It was inside my laptops on the desk and not visible. I didn’t notice until checkout and the front desk accused me of lying and would not help me to file a report. As I woman who travels alone, I can’t recommend this hotel.
