We were here for a family wedding. Staff brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help. Immaculate, we had breakfast included and was plenty of options. I would come back in a heartbeat, location fantastic and views amazing.

We liked the overall experience. The morning breakfast and restaurant staff were exceptional. The roof top restaurant had a lovely view-menu was a bit unique for our American taste. The shower and toilet in our suite was not wonderful. Our large junior suite had an amazing view.

We chose this hotel based on 1. central location 2. room availability as we booked less than 1 month prior to arrival. The location was perfect for us. Just outside the very busy streets but far enough for it to be mostly quiet. I felt the room was definitely not worth the price we paid per night but the fabulous breakfast buffet helped me get over that. We were given a room on the mountain view side of the hotel. The view was ok but we were not warned that we were directly across the alley from a school. it was fun and entertaining watching the chaos as the school kids let out on Friday for the weekend but the alley service vehicles noise was annoying. I wish we had insisted on a better room for the price.

The location of this hotel was superb, you couldn't ask for better views of the bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The hotel was beautiful all around, from the front lobby to the bar to the breakfast room and the rooms themselves. The staff were so friendly and attentive from the bellman that immediately took our bags to our room, the front desk staff who took care of parking our car, suggesting wonderful restaurants and booking out excursions and the bartender who also gave us loads of recommendations. They went above and beyond to make our stay a perfect one. The rooms were clean and beautiful and stocked with every amenity you could think of. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and the breakfast buffet was to die for. Really an amazing place. It was family friendly but also a perfect place for couples looking for some romance. We only stayed for two nights but I am already dying to go back and stay for an entire week or even longer!
