Location is great . Close to center city. Our kids are teenagers and they were fine but would not feel the same with young kids. Be careful with parking . Although the hotel provided the garage parking. The rental car was bumped and scratched on both sides! The front desk staff very friendly and helpful .

Excellent service from Giovanny and team, very good location with access to old town, train station and ferry terminal. We were three friendly families, all of us share this opinion. Highly recommended!

I had a good stay here but you need to know what to expect when staying in downtown Naples. I didn't feel unsafe at all but it was a bit noisy at night with a bunch of kids zooming around in scooters, so make sure to close your window! The room is small but comfortable.
