One night stay to explore the city. 55 euro to airport 30 to Guinness storehouse The Eastern European lady on reception was awkward and unhelpful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Worst nights sleep I've had in a hotel. Awful droning noise for the entire night, unable to shut window due to heat and there is no aircon. The hotel provide a small desk to fan. I understand that the hotel cant vouch for the other guest's but there were kids running up and down the halls screaming and banging doors until 11pm. Hotel is a lot less grand than it looks in the photos. Bar/restaurant food is nice. No fridge in room. Vending machine and ice in hallways I understand management will say i should have spoken to reception but only being there for one night i didnt.

Checkin at the hotel was easy and straightforward. Our family room was a reasonable size however the room was very hot. There was a fan in the room which was a bonus, but the room was still very warm. Bathroom, although clean had a shower curtain rather than a screen, something I personally don’t like. Staff friendly.

My family and I had an amazing stay, the staff were so friendly, it was really clean. My only issue was my husbandcis vegan and not a great choice food wise.

A very disappointing stay at this hotel. My wife and I arrived at the hotel at 3:40pm (we booked it in advance, it wasn’t a walk in), after a long journey from abroad and jet-lagged. Despite check-in being at 3pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready and would be another 20 minute wait. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing endless other individuals and families check-in and get their room keys, I made yet another complaint at which point the staff manager got involved and sorted us a room and the receptionist seemed angry at us for daring to complain. We finally made it to our room at 4:30pm. The receptionists seemed to have a total lack of empathy. Fortunately, we were only staying one night before our onward journey, but we would never stay here again, there are plenty of other options nearby and in the wider Dublin area. The room itself was fine and has everything you would expect, but the service was terrible and was only sorted because of the scene I was making in reception. We decided against staying for breakfast, instead going to a Weatherspoons 10 minutes drive away where the service (and food) was great.

Used to be a lovely hotel but is now starting to look tired. Needs a refurb but they won’t do it while they’re getting €200 a night for each room they have a Ukrainian family in. People cooking in their rooms on camping stoves. Not their fault but with the high prices now required to stay here makes it difficult to rate higher. Unfortunate as I’ve stayed here for work for 10 years as it’s close to where I need to be. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Good location and friendly staff with a very good restaurant. When I booked with hotel.com I booked a family room what I got was a 3 bed room I complained to the hotel and their ans was blame hotel. Com for Its not their fault that the picture of a family room advertised on hotel. Com site is false advertising. Hotel . Com again gave the impression that air conditioning was in the room instead it was a portable fan the room was so uncomfortable it was so hot we could not sleep the 2 nights we stayed there I can't blame the hotel again it was false advertising by hotels . Com which is unsual as I have always found them honest in the other bookings I had with them
