Aspect Hotel Dublin Park West

Hotel is ok but rather overpriced for the location. Food is quite good but 2/3 members of staff really let this hotel down. They have absolutely NO interest in being there, are really unfriendly and unhelpful. When food arrives it is thrown on the table without even a look! A child that had been seperated from his mother was clearly distraught and staff just stared at him walking to the lifts and attempting to board lift to God knows where he could have ended up. For the most part the staff are very good but a few just have no interest in dealing with the public and should really consider another job! It looks like there are too many 'managers' in this hotel and therefore nothing is done properly as far as I can see. Needs a good shake up!!

Very happy. I made a mistake and clicked on “0” children when booking. However both the hotel and Hotels.com both helped so that my family could have a lovely night away. I think it’s important that I know for future reference that even if I screw up there’s help. The hotel was great, very clean , comfy beds, food nice, staff welcoming, professional, efficient. Zero hassles at all. Thanks!
